Personal commission on
Services:
This is the commission you earn on your personal customers, not
those gathered by OTHER representatives. The dollar amounts
are the Total Personal Sales Volume your customers must generate to
qualify for the commission.
1% to 10%
$0-$1,249=1%
$1,250-$2,499=4%
$2,500-$3,749=6%
$3,750-$4,999=8%
$5,000+=10%
(we also have
the ability to offer business customers of all sizes - even million
dollar accounts and earn up to 10% on those as well!!!)
Example of
possible residual income after a few years of part-time effort
(this is to reflect what an average person (80% of each company)
my accomplish)
Let's say over the
next 36 months an average rep has a TOTAL team of 100 reps.
History shows us that a HUGE percentage (if not all) will be
within the first 3 or 4 levels of an average person's
organization. Also, most average people won't have 20 or
40 customer points so they aren't even qualified to get paid past
their 2nd level!
Let's look at this from a realistic
standpoint. Let's take a "Regional Manager" in Lightyear -
which is similar to a ETL in ACN and let's compare what the
residual income would be for a team of 100 reps and each of those
reps had their web system, and 2 phone customers for a total of 4
customer points. That's right - the average person will not
likely get 10 customers.
Lightyear
Wireless
ACN
100 reps x 4 cp x RM commission =
$1,000per month!!!
(A Regional Manager/RM in Lightyear
earns 14% on their entire RM organization. So if an RM had
100 reps in their RM team and each of those reps had their
Lightyear Web System (2 points) and 2 outside phone customers (2
more points for a total of 4 points) this is what their monthly
residual commission would be.
100 reps x 4 cp x $25 x 1% =
$100 per month
(in ACN a rep receives a .0025%
override commission on their first 4 levels.
It's important to note that a rep in ACN surely can have reps fall
on the 7th level where you receive a 8% commission, but history
has shown that the average person in ALL companies - not just ACN,
will not have a significant portion of their reps fall on the 7th
level. But let's just say the average commission this rep is
receiving is 1% - since some of their customers may be on levels
5, 6, or 7)
So why do we
compare the "average" person's potential? Simple,
because like it or not, these people make up over 80% of
your entire organization. This is true in EVERY
company, including ours. Building a long term
residual income (money you're earning from all the
services), has nothing to do with how many reps you
recruit - it has everything to do with how many stick
around. So my question to you is, which scenario will
the average person be more content with?
